1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 3DMockup (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

3DMockup is an online tool for creating 3D device mockups. Users can customize text, images, and settings on a 3D phone model, and export screenshots or animated videos.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Use the Service to create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP. The 3DMockup application, including its code, design, 3D models, textures, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content. You retain ownership of the mockup content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (rendering mockups in your browser).

Exported Images & Videos. All screenshots and videos you export belong to you. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

3DMockup offers both free and paid plans. Free users may export screenshots with a watermark. Paid users receive watermark-free exports and access to premium features.

All payments are one-time charges. There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

We use PayPal and Creem as third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms of service.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DMockup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
